Lead-to-Sale CRM
Public working demo
A WhatsApp-first sales system for real-estate teams, built around the path from first message to closed deal rather than a generic contact list.
What problem does it solve?
- Property inquiries arrive on WhatsApp, and the details end up in chats and spreadsheets.
- Follow-up depends on an agent remembering, so quiet leads go cold.
- Nobody can see which agent owns which lead, or how long it has waited.
What did we build?
- 01
Capture and qualify
A WhatsApp message is verified, recorded, and turned into a lead. The system reads the requirement (purpose, property type, area, budget, size) and asks for one missing detail at a time. - 02
Property match or handoff
The requirement is scored against listed inventory. If nothing genuinely fits, it hands the conversation to a person instead of suggesting a substitute. - 03
Follow-up and pipeline
Automation rules create follow-up tasks, run scoring and matching, and notify a person. Leads move to opportunities, site visits, proposals, and won or lost. - 04
Roles and audit
Owner, admin, manager, agent, and viewer roles are enforced on the server, with an audit log of changes.
How does it work?
The path it moves work along
- 01WhatsApp inquiry
- 02Capture
- 03Qualify
- 04Match
- 05Follow-up
- 06Site visit
- 07Sale
What is it built with?
- Next.js and TypeScript
- PostgreSQL with Prisma
- WhatsApp inbound webhook with signature verification and idempotency
- Role-based access and an audit log
What are the results?
Internal build
This is a Synas-built system, so there are no client results to report. Results will appear here only when a client system can report real numbers.
What are the limits?
Demo limitations: it runs on synthetic data with demo providers, so no real WhatsApp message is sent. Live sending is not finished, proposals are not actually sent, and it is not yet ready for production use.
