What should I include in my first note?
Name the business. Describe the process that stalls or gets lost: handoffs, spreadsheets, inbox threads, or tools that do not talk to each other. Say what should be true when the work is running as a system.
If you already ran the public System Brief walkthrough, mention it. It gives us the structured path of the work instead of a blank page.
