!Production infrastructure costs (hosting, databases, message fees), which you pay directly to the provider
!Subscriptions to third-party tools you choose to connect
!Ongoing support and maintenance, which is a separate monthly plan
!Work outside the written scope, which is quoted separately before it starts
What does ongoing support cost?
Ongoing support and maintenance costs from $75 a month for Starter, $225 a month for Growth and $700 a month for Advanced. Production infrastructure costs (hosting, databases, message fees) are paid by the client.
It is meant to cover:
✓Fixing faults in the systems we built
✓Small adjustments to rules, fields, and messages
✓Keeping integrations working when a connected tool changes
The exact terms are written into the support agreement.
How does scoping work?
Every project starts with the audit, then a written scope. You know what you are getting and what it costs before the build begins.
01
Workflow Audit
A 60-minute session on one workflow for $99. You get a written automation map and a prioritized recommendation.
02
Written scope and price
We turn the recommendation into a written scope of work: what is built, what is not, and a price. You approve it before any build starts.
03
Build
We build the agreed scope. The $99 audit fee is credited in full against the build price.
04
Handover and support
You get the system, access, and documentation. Ongoing support is optional and priced monthly.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. The written scope after your audit includes a timeline for your project.
How do payments work?
We invoice in US dollars, or in pounds sterling on request. Payment terms are set out in the written scope.
