01

How much does it cost?

A Workflow Audit is $99 fixed. Builds start at $650 (Starter), $1,650 (Growth), and $3,650+ (Advanced). Ongoing support is from $75 a month. These are “from” prices, and the final price is confirmed in writing after the audit.

02

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. We agree a timeline in the written scope after your Workflow Audit, so you know it before the build starts. A single workflow is smaller than a multi-department system.

03

What tools do you work with?

Our built systems work with WhatsApp Business, web forms, Google Calendar, OpenAI models, and PostgreSQL databases. If you use other tools, we check during the audit whether and how they can be connected.

04

What does a first project look like?

It starts with a $99 Workflow Audit on one workflow. You get a written automation map and a prioritized recommendation. If you want to go ahead, we write a scope and price, build it, and hand it over. The audit fee is credited toward the build.

05

What does the Workflow Audit include?

A 60-minute working session on one workflow, a written automation map showing where the work stalls and what a system could own, and a prioritized recommendation of what to automate first. It costs $99, credited in full toward any build.

06

How is my data protected?

Your business data stays your property. Access is controlled by role, designed with the workflow. Hosting, backups, and access arrangements are agreed per project and written into the scope. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

07

Do you work in my time zone?

Who owns the system after delivery?

You do. Ownership of the system we build for you transfers to you when you have paid for it. Your data is always yours. There is no lock-in: we hand over the system, access, and documentation.

09

What happens if something breaks?

Tell us, and we fix faults in the systems we built. Ongoing support and maintenance is an optional monthly plan, and its terms are written into the support agreement. Systems also log automation runs and flag failures, so problems are visible instead of silent.

10

Do we need technical staff?

No. We build, connect, and hand over the system in plain terms, and you do not need an in-house developer to use it. You only need someone who knows how your workflow runs today.

11

How do payments work for international clients?

We invoice in US dollars, or in pounds sterling on request. Payment terms are set out in the written scope. Production infrastructure costs, such as hosting and message fees, are paid by you directly to the provider.

12

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Ongoing support and maintenance costs from $75 a month. It is optional, and you can run the system yourself after handover.
